Points:
Points will be given to independent schools and non-affiliate schools. An affiliate school means there are two schools that have two
different names but will come together to compete as one team.
Application Example:
Academy Name: ABC Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Academy / TEAM XYZ
An independent non-affiliate school means that an academy WILL NOT be combining any points with anyone none other than
themselves. Please discuss team representation with your instructors prior to registration.
Registration:
Each and every competitor must have it clearly stated on their application if they are competing as an affiliate school, or a non-affiliate school under the “Academy Name” portion of the application.
If competitor is representing an affiliate school, they MUST state the name of their academy followed by the name of team they are representing. Any application that says one academy name will automatically be counted as an independent non-affiliate school and may NOT combine their points with another academy.
Schools may not represent themselves any different than what is stated on the Team List paperwork or application.
If school signs up as an independent school, they may not change their representation to an affiliate school on the day of the event(s) and vice versa.
****Results will be posted after each division competes****
